Thursdays at St. Alban’s
St. Alban’s celebrates Noonday Prayer on Thursdays, beginning at noon.
Each prayer service includes requested intercessions as well as a commemoration of one of the church’s saints with a Gospel reading, a short biography, and a prayer asking God to share with us the gifts shown to us in the saint’s life. work.

Thursday Lunch
After the prayer service, all present are invited to share a light lunch in our library or fellowship hall, depending on how many are to be served.

Thursday Bible Study
After lunch, the group gathers for a Bible study which consists of prayer and sharing reflections on scripture readings. Currently, selected readings are from the Hebrew Testament, Psalm, New Testament, and Gospel to be read in the following Sunday worship service.
